Ross Buchanan of Oxford CC and Oxfordshire County Seniors took several kit bags of cricket kit and equipment that was kindly donated by our members in Spring 2024. It was warmly received by Isolation Cavaliers CC youth section in Barbados. En route Ross met with Sir Garfield Sobers who confirmed how much access to more kit can hugely help crickets growth on the island, especially with youth and women.

Please can you bring along any spare kit you might have to the Club Awards night on Saturday 28th September and then any kit not needed by Oxford CC club members in Spring 2025 will again be delivered where it’s most needed in Barbados, now with the official support of the government backed Barbados Cricket Association.

Anyone with links to any spare cricket kit and equipment that can be put to good use but is unable to make the 28th can contact Ross directly via ross644@me.com and he will arrange collection.
