The U11 girls had their first softball festival on Sunday 23rd June played at the Oxford United Training Ground on Horspath Road, Oxford.

OCC entered 2 teams alongside Horspath, Wolvercote and Didcot combining with Cumnor to make 5 teams altogether.

The sun shone and both teams each played 2 matches, winning all 4 games with several 4s, a handful of wickets and even a 6!

West Indian International Trishan Holder was on hand to warm the girls up beforehand and give some coaching tips throughout the day. They worked well as a team, supported each and other and went home smiling. Thanks to all the coaches and managers for their time and effort.
