The U11 Girls took part in their second festival of 2022 (following the first one in May and a washout in June), hosted by Steventon CC. The squad of nine featured several new faces, including two U9s, and we were able to lend a player to two other teams in the 8-a-side pairs format.

We played three close games, against Tiddington, Witney Mills and Warborough Warriors, losing the first two by five and six runs. The final game was a high-scoring affair, with Oxford eventually triumphing by five runs.

The final festival of the year will be in Oxford on Sunday 31 July, which should be a great way to close out the season.
