OCC Launches Youth Academy

OCC has launched its new youth academy with the first session for boys this weekend at Jordan Hill.

The academy aims to bring extra training and support to some of our older youth players who might not have the opportunity to play as regularly as possible at school and to help them transition into senior cricket in 2023.

There will be practical and classroom sessions along with warm-up matches and players will be expected to sign an academy contract.

A girls academy will be unveiled soon which will focus on transitioning girl players from softball to hardball.
